How we started
Our business was founded in 2017 by an experienced professional with 25 years of corporate experience. Our founder has worked at operational, tactical, and strategic levels across various industries in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, and Swaziland.
Currently, our founder serves as a director on various boards, and holds a Master Human Capital Practitioner accreditation from the South African Board of People Practice. Additionally, he is a Credentialed Master Mentor with COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors South Africa).

Meet Our Founder
Neil Jansen is the founder of the company and has an impressive range of professional credentials. He is a Master HR Practitioner with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), a Master Mentor with the Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA), and a Certified Director with the Institute of Directors of South Africa.
Neil's professional career, of 29 years includes serving as Group Human Resources Director of the JSE-listed Lewis Group and General Manager Human Resources of Media24.
He holds a Masters in Business Leadership from Unisa and a Masters in Management Coaching from Stellenbosch University.
Neil is a seasoned non-executive director who currently serves in 5 different organisations, boards and board committees.
